Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, you will receive a Shipping Update email containing your tracking / reference number

To check the status of your shipment, simply enter the reference number on the J&T Express website.

If any issue occurs in transit, please contact the courier directly so you can provide them with further details and directions / instructions.
